  • Sabudana
  • Samak rice
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water

Instructions

  • Soak 1/2 cup of each sabudana / sago pearls and samak rice / barnyard millets for 4-5 hours.
  • Drain the water and blend them in mixer grinder along with water, salt and 2 pinches of sugar.
  • Make the batter as you make for regular dosa and keep it aside for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours adjust the consistency of batter if required.
  • Spread the batter on dosa tawa and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  • Apply potato mixture on dosa.
  • Dosa is ready to serve with chutney.

Notes/Tips

Don't make batter too thick or too thin it should be in a easy spreadable consistency
