- Soak 1/2 cup of each sabudana / sago pearls and samak rice / barnyard millets for 4-5 hours.
- Drain the water and blend them in mixer grinder along with water, salt and 2 pinches of sugar.
- Make the batter as you make for regular dosa and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours adjust the consistency of batter if required.
- Spread the batter on dosa tawa and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
- Apply potato mixture on dosa.
- Dosa is ready to serve with chutney.
