Ingredients

  • 4 bolied and mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup roughly grind peanut's
  • 1 green chilli as needed oil 4 tbsp kuttu flour
  • 2 tbsp chest nut flour to taste Rock salt
  • 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 inch ginger 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients in it.Make a dough.Now make tikki
  • Add little amount of water in chestnut flour.Firstly dip them in chestnut flour and then in kuttu flour. Take a nonstick pan grease it with olive oil and then sallow fry them till they become golden brown from both sides.
