- Take a mixing bowl and add boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled samak,sendha salt,sugar and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Now mix well using palm so samak and potatoes combine well.
- Now make small equall sized balls from the mixture.
- Then heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all balls. For healthy option these balls can be cooked in appam pan with very less amount of oil.
- Fry all balls till golden brown in colour.
- Now take serving plate put bhallas and press using spoon.now pour lots of curd,sweet chutney,green mint coriander chutney,chat masala,cumin powder, Kashmiri mirch powder,chat masala, chopped coriander leaves and serve.
