Ingredients

  • flour
  • yeast
  • caster sugar
  • salt
  • water
  • egg
  • chilli oil
  • sausages
  • butter
  • garlic cloves
  • Byadhgi chilli
  • oil

Instructions

  • To make the bread basic straight dough method to be followed:- sift all the dry ingredients to avoid lump formation
  • Make a well and add yeast, sugar and water. let it sit for 10 mins and add salt.
  • combine all the ingredients with the help of a dough scraper
  • when the flour starts developing gluten, add the shortening (14gms- Butter)
  • knead it until it develops gluten and becomes soft.
  • let the dough rest for 45 mins and then start shapping
  • let it pan proof for another 1/2 hr and apply egg wash to it
  • bake the product for 230 degrees - 250 degrees (Celcius) for 10 mins.
  • take the product out from the oven and keep in the cooling rack to avoid carry over cooking
  • Brush the chilli garlic oil and serve. You can also add your favourite cheese and then gartinate it under heat of salamander

Notes/Tips

1. The dough should be soft 2. overkeading can lead to cracks while rolling 3. Don't over grease your baking pan 4. during fermentation don't disturb the dough
