- To make the bread basic straight dough method to be followed:- sift all the dry ingredients to avoid lump formation
- Make a well and add yeast, sugar and water. let it sit for 10 mins and add salt.
- combine all the ingredients with the help of a dough scraper
- when the flour starts developing gluten, add the shortening (14gms- Butter)
- knead it until it develops gluten and becomes soft.
- let the dough rest for 45 mins and then start shapping
- let it pan proof for another 1/2 hr and apply egg wash to it
- bake the product for 230 degrees - 250 degrees (Celcius) for 10 mins.
- take the product out from the oven and keep in the cooling rack to avoid carry over cooking
- Brush the chilli garlic oil and serve. You can also add your favourite cheese and then gartinate it under heat of salamander
