  • Turmeric powder
  • Baking Soda/ Cornflower
  • Cumin and Coriander powder mixture
  • Sesame seeds
  • Table Salt
  • Dry red chillies
  • Fancy Wavy knife

Instructions

  • Lastly, kill the heat and pour the cooked potato fingers in a medium-sized bowl and garnish with the roasted dry red chillies, some sesame seeds, and your Fancy Wavy Potato Fingers are ready to be served with piping-hot rice. Bon appetite!

Notes/Tips

The mixing of the Potato Fingers with the cornflower-slurry is necessary to make the end product crispy from outside yet tender inside!
