- First sabji preparation- First take 4/5tbsp oil,add pinch ajwai,cumic seeds, finely chopped garlic,green chilli,curry leaves,chopped tomatoes saute for 2/3 min.
- Add chopped fansi cook for 2 min more then add 2 tbsp red powder,2tbsp-Coriander powder, turmeric powder,salt to taste.then add 2 glass of water.add jaggery small piece.let them cook and boil.
- Meanwhile prepare dhokli- Add 1 bowl wheat flour,add 1/2sp red powder, turmeric,Coriander powder,pinch hing salt to taste,2/3tbsp oil,make soft dough.
- Prepare just like we make roti and cut them in squar small pieces..and along with add all pieces in boiling sabji.cook till 3 whitsle.
- Garnish with coriander leaves,1sp ghee,1sp lemon juice.serve with rice,bhakri,onion.. complete meal
