- Wash and soak samo / moraiyo.
- Heat oil and roast cumin. Add tomato and require amount of salt, cook for 2-3min and make tomato mashy. Add chopped veggies. Cover and cook for 2min on low heat. (Use finely chopped veggies)
- Now add dry spices and roast for a min. Now add 1, 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 5min. Now add samo/ moraiyo and cook for 7-8 min. With lid.
- Add water if require. Mix in between.
- Serve hot with curd. And enjoy this mouthwatering fasting food in your lunch or dinner.
