Ingredients

  • Gratted potatoes 2
  • Gratted Sweet potato 1
  • Gratted carrots 1
  • Gratted bottle gourd 1/4
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp +1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 1 tsp +1 tsp
  • Arrow lot 150 grm
  • Oil for frying +1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander with stem 1 cup + garnish
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Paste: blench tomatoes 4
  • Soaked Kashmiri red chilli 5-6
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped carrots 1
  • Arrow lot slurry 1 cup

Instructions

  • For Manchurian Mix all Gratted vegetables with ginger Chilli salt and arrow lot. Dip fry them all till crispy and golden brown in colour.
  • Paste In mixing jar add blench tomatoes, soaked red chilli, salt and sugar. Make a fine paste.
  • For gravy Heat the oil in a pan add all the remaining ingredients one by one cook till gravy us thick then add Manchurian.
  • Garnish with coriander

Notes/Tips

Don't give rest to Manchurian batter, otherwise it will be watery.
