- For Manchurian Mix all Gratted vegetables with ginger Chilli salt and arrow lot. Dip fry them all till crispy and golden brown in colour.
- Paste In mixing jar add blench tomatoes, soaked red chilli, salt and sugar. Make a fine paste.
- For gravy Heat the oil in a pan add all the remaining ingredients one by one cook till gravy us thick then add Manchurian.
- Garnish with coriander
