- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 seconds. Add green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds. Add yam, coriander leaves, rock salt and chilli powder, mix and cook for 5 minutes. Put cooked mixture in a serving bowl. Drizzle some green chutney, sweet chutney on top. Sprinkle some chilli powder and put some farali chivda on top. Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves.
