Ingredients

  • 250 gm flour
  • 100 l water
  • 1 tbsp jeera
  • 1 tbsp ajwain
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • pinch of black salt
  • as required Oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add flour. Add salt, turmeric,oil, ajwain,black salt and jira.
  • Mix it well and make a Dough. Roll a medium thick big roti. With bowl or any lid shape out small puri
  • Now with knife place cut into puri and fry it on medium fast gas. Your Farsi puri is ready.
