- 1. Fry / bake the pita chips and keep it aside. You can season them in advance if you are baking it. I used plain fried pita for this recipe. 2. In a bowl assemble all your veggies and pour the dressing. Toss well and adjust the dressing as per your taste. I would recommend you add 1 Tb spoon of the dressing first to see how you like it. Add more if you like. 3. Always serve the Pita chips aside as they can get soggy. If you mix it with the veggies, serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy bread with all the other salad textures.
