- First prepare the dough. Mix sorghum flour & yogurt and then add some water mix it well.
- Next step is to add red chilli powder , 2 tbsp oil And salt.
- Now Add the remaining ingredients.
- Mix it well with the batter & combine all the ingredients.
- Taste the batter & check if seasoning is required.
- Heat 4 cups of oil in a kadhai.
- Take a big lime size dough Press it on Your palm to give a flat round shape & slowly drop it in the oil.
- Let it get fried until it's crispy golden brown on medium flame.
- Serve It with masala chai.
