  • Sorghum flour
  • Yogurt
  • Chopped Fenugreek leaves
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped green chillies
  • White sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • First prepare the dough. Mix sorghum flour & yogurt and then add some water mix it well.
  • Next step is to add red chilli powder , 2 tbsp oil And salt.
  • Now Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix it well with the batter & combine all the ingredients.
  • Taste the batter & check if seasoning is required.
  • Heat 4 cups of oil in a kadhai.
  • Take a big lime size dough Press it on Your palm to give a flat round shape & slowly drop it in the oil.
  • Let it get fried until it's crispy golden brown on medium flame.
  • Serve It with masala chai.
