  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Coconut
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic
  • Tamarind
  • Jaggery
  • Cumin
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients Fenugreek seeds,red chilli powder,salt,cumin,jaggery, tamarind, Coconut,curry leaves,garlic, in the mixer grinder. Add half cup of water then grind it to make a smooth paste. Methi chutney is ready to eat.Served with idli, rice, dosa, billi rotti
