Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Jaggery
  • Curd
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Grated coconut
  • Dry fruits
  • Pomogranate pearls

Instructions

  • Wash n soak the rice for 30min
  • Cook the rice with adequate water.
  • Once the rice is cooked add some raisins and Jaggery and cook on slow mixing rice and Jaggery properly.
  • Once Jaggery melts and is mixed properly switch off flame n let it cool down.
  • Oce rice comes on room temperature add curd, grated coconut, cardamom powder and dryfruits (reserving some for decorating on top).
  • Keep in fridge to get it cooled.
  • Serve it chilled with pomogranate pearls n dryfruits of your choice on top.

Notes/Tips

Add curd only once it comes on room temprature.
