- Wash n soak the rice for 30min
- Cook the rice with adequate water.
- Once the rice is cooked add some raisins and Jaggery and cook on slow mixing rice and Jaggery properly.
- Once Jaggery melts and is mixed properly switch off flame n let it cool down.
- Oce rice comes on room temperature add curd, grated coconut, cardamom powder and dryfruits (reserving some for decorating on top).
- Keep in fridge to get it cooled.
- Serve it chilled with pomogranate pearls n dryfruits of your choice on top.
