Ingredients

  • 1,1/2 Cup val soak in water overnight then drain
  • as required Then tie in cloth for getting sprouted
  • 2 Ridge gourd
  • 1 potato cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp jeera,
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Mirchi powder,
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required No haldi powder
  • as required Oil, rai, hing

Instructions

  • Sprouted val soak in water for 2-3 hours then remove skin.Mix in ridge gourd
  • In pan add oil, rai, hing. Add val, ridge gourd, potato, mirchi powder,salt
  • Cook till val are soft. Add jeera, black pepper powder.Boil 2 minutes
