  • Bananas
  • Fresh figs
  • Milk
  • Honey
  • Almonds

Instructions

  • Peel Bananas and cut into pieces. Peel and cut figs and put both in a blender. Add milk, almonds and honey grind well and serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

1. Use Fresh Figs Or You Can Use Dry Figs But The Taste Of Fresh Figs Is Wow. 2. Use Any Seasonal Fruit Instead Of Figs. 3. Figs Are Seasonal Fruits But Its Health Benefits Are High. 4. You Can Use Almond Milk Instead Of Milk. 5. Can Use Any Nuts With Almonds. 6. If you want chilled smoothie put figs in freezer and milk in fridge for about an hour.
