- Marinate the fish with turmeric, salt, and chilli powder.
- Wash the raw rice 2-3 times. Then keep it aside.
- Fry the marinated fish well. Then keep it aside.
- Now put the kadhai on gas top and put mustard oil heat it.
- Now put cumin seeds, bayleaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, and stir it.
- Put ginger, green chillies, and onion cook them till the onion turns little brown.
- Now add tomatoes snd salt to taste, turmeric powder, and little chilli powder accordingly.
- Cook them well then add soaked rice in it stir it for 2 min and then put fried fish pieces and add water so that rice get cooked.
