  • Red chilli pwd
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Pepper pwd
  • Lemon juice
  • Cornflour
  • Soya sauce
  • Maida
  • Tomato sauce
  • Red chilli sauce
  • Egg
  • Green Chili
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Gingergarlicpaste

Instructions

  • Marinate boneless fish chunks with salt haldi redchillipwd gingergarlic paste lemonjuice pepperpwd for 10mins After 10mins add cornflour maida and egg to above marination mix well to coat evenly. Take kadai add oil and Shallow fry fish pieces.
  • When done take another kadai add oil onion Capsicum fry a min on high flame Add fried fish and all sauces mix well Take 1 tspn of Cornflour mix with half Cup water And add to fish mixture allow to cook for a min on high flame and switch off
