Ingredients

  • Fish
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader powder
  • Turmeric
  • Fennel seeds
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Corn flour
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Remove the skin from the fish and cut it into chunks. Marinate it with all the above ingredients except oil for 20 minutes. Heat oil and pinch small balls of the mixture and drop in oil. Let the temperature of the oil be between medium-low to medium-high. Fry for minutes until crisp. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
