  • Fish
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Besan
  • Water
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Oil
  • Chaat masala

Instructions

  • Marinate the fish pieces in the lemon juice and salt for 15 minutes, wash and place in a colander to drain the water. Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and baking soda. Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup.
