- In a pan, heat ghee and add the ginger garlic paste, green chillies and all the other spices. Saute well for a minute. Then add the finely chopped onion. Let it become a bit translucent and light pinkish in colour. Now it's time to add the chopped Flat Beans.
- Cover and cook just for about 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame. After that, open the lid and stir fry them on a medium flame by stirring continuously. Or if using a non stick kadai, do it at regular intervals.
- Do not add water. As the beans are thinly chopped, they get perfectly roasted in no time. Squeeze some Lemon juice for the tanginess after done if desired. Enjoy! Yum!
