  • 250 g Flat beans
  • Oil2tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp Urad dal
  • 2 Dry red chilli
  • Salt taste
  • 2 tbsp Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Curry leaf 1 stick

Instructions

  • Take the flat beans wash in the water two or three times and cut into small pieces.
  • Then heat the pan add oil,mustard seed,urad dal,dry chilli cut into two pieces,curry leaf to fry it.next add vegetable and water,salt.close the lit on the pan cook for 5minutes.slow the heat cook it stir fry.finally add into shredded coconuts turn off the heat.
