- Dry roast sesame, cashews, badam, flaxseeds separately.
- Add little ghee to pan, roast edible gum till it become crisp.
- Take mixi jar, add flax seeds, sesame. Make smooth powder. To this add cashews, badam, edible gum. Make little coarse powder. Transfer this powder to mixing bowl.
- In another pan add jaggery, little water. Boil it till it become one string consistency.
- To prepared powder, add dry grapes. Now slowly add jaggery syrup and mix well. Stop adding jaggery syrup when mixture holds laddu shape.
- Take small amount of mixture, press with hand and make laddus.. Its ready now..
