Flax seed laddu

Ingredients

  • Flax seeds ½cup
  • Cashews ½ cup
  • Badam ¼ cup
  • Dry grapes less than ¼cup
  • Edible gum ¼cup
  • Jaggery ¾cup
  • Sesame ¼cup
  • Little water
  • Ghee 1-2tsp

Instructions

  • Dry roast sesame, cashews, badam, flaxseeds separately.
  • Add little ghee to pan, roast edible gum till it become crisp.
  • Take mixi jar, add flax seeds, sesame. Make smooth powder. To this add cashews, badam, edible gum. Make little coarse powder. Transfer this powder to mixing bowl.
  • In another pan add jaggery, little water. Boil it till it become one string consistency.
  • To prepared powder, add dry grapes. Now slowly add jaggery syrup and mix well. Stop adding jaggery syrup when mixture holds laddu shape.
  • Take small amount of mixture, press with hand and make laddus.. Its ready now..

Notes/Tips

Quantity of all ingredients can be adjustable as per your choice.. Don't pour all jaggery syrup at a time. You can also add othe dry fruits of your choice..
