  • Flour
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Fresh garlic

Instructions

  • Take a bowl Mix water yeast and sugar And let the yeast activate
  • Take another bowl add flour salt yeast garlic powder and knead it
  • Add water gradually as needed
  • Knead for 10 mins
  • The dough should be soft and smooth
  • Now keep it for first proofing for an hour
  • Once the dough is double in size Spread the dough in a baking tin
  • Pour in some olive oil garlic chopped rosemary oregano
  • Keep it for second proofing for 45 mins
  • Once increased in size again brush it with milk
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 mins at 180 degree Celsius
  • Once baked brush with olive oil or butter
