French Crepes

  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Melted Butter
  • Vanila Essence
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Sift the flour, salt and sugar.
  • Beat the eggs and add it into the flour by creating a well in the middle. Add in milk little by little and Incorporate the flour into it using a whisk.
  • Once It becomes a smooth Batter, add in the melted butter, vanilla essence and mix well. Let it chill for sometime. Preferably overnight so that the flour gets hydrated and flavours steep in.
  • Batter should be easily pourable. If its thick add more milk to loosen it. Heat a pan and slightly coat it with butter. Pour a laddle of batter on the pan and spread it as thin as Possible.
  • Cook for a minute on each side at medium heat. Add your Favourite Filling. I have used nutella and sliced bananas As topping. Enjoy

Keeping the batter overnight in fridge helps in better flavour For the crepes
