- Sift the flour, salt and sugar.
- Beat the eggs and add it into the flour by creating a well in the middle. Add in milk little by little and Incorporate the flour into it using a whisk.
- Once It becomes a smooth Batter, add in the melted butter, vanilla essence and mix well. Let it chill for sometime. Preferably overnight so that the flour gets hydrated and flavours steep in.
- Batter should be easily pourable. If its thick add more milk to loosen it. Heat a pan and slightly coat it with butter. Pour a laddle of batter on the pan and spread it as thin as Possible.
- Cook for a minute on each side at medium heat. Add your Favourite Filling. I have used nutella and sliced bananas As topping. Enjoy
