- Take a mixing bowl, break eggs. Now add all the given ingredients except dhania patta, mix it well. Beat it nicely till smooth. In goes dhania patta, mix it well, keep aside.
- Now take a pan,add oil & butter (adjustable), heat it.
- Lower the flame, dip one slice in the beaten egg, place it on the hot pan.
- Cover it with the lid, cook it for 7 minutes. Open the lid, flip it now. Cook it covered for 7 minutes.
- Check it if the toast has turned brown, if not, cook it again both side till light brown. Make all the slices in the same manner.
- Take out in a dish, cut diagonally. Plate it, serve it with some chutney or sauce.
