Ingredients

  • 3 eggs,
  • 4 slices bread, (any),
  • 1/2 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 tsp sugar,
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence,
  • 3 tbsp milk,
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder,
  • Some chopped dhania patta,
  • Oil & butter for toasting,

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl, break eggs. Now add all the given ingredients except dhania patta, mix it well. Beat it nicely till smooth. In goes dhania patta, mix it well, keep aside.
  • Now take a pan,add oil & butter (adjustable), heat it.
  • Lower the flame, dip one slice in the beaten egg, place it on the hot pan.
  • Cover it with the lid, cook it for 7 minutes. Open the lid, flip it now. Cook it covered for 7 minutes.
  • Check it if the toast has turned brown, if not, cook it again both side till light brown. Make all the slices in the same manner.
  • Take out in a dish, cut diagonally. Plate it, serve it with some chutney or sauce.
  • All cooking has been done on low flame..
