- firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute ½ tsp cumin and 1 tsp kasuri methi until it turns aromatic. add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well. further, add green beans and stir fry for 2 minutes. also add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp aamchur and ¾ tsp salt. saute for a minute. cover and cook for 5 minutes. now add 1 tomato and mix well. cover and simmer for 5 minutes Turn of the flame and serve hot with rice or chapathi.
