  • Beans
  • Mustard
  • Red chilli
  • Curry leaves
  • Urad dal
  • Oil
  • Coconut

Instructions

  • wash the green beans and chop them in a bowl. Then, heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add mustard seeds to it and let them splutter. Then, add curry leaves along with urad dal in the pan, and cook for a minute. Now, add the chopped beans and red chillies in the pan and cover the pan with a lid. Let the beans cook for about 5-7 minutes. Once the beans are cooked, turn off the flame and remove the pan from it. Add salt as per your taste and mix well. Transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish with a mixture of grated coconut. Serve immediately.
