- Cut potato into fingers.and soak them in water. Take a bowl and add water and potato to it and boil them. Then take potato fingers on a muslin cloth and sprinkle some corn flour and freeze it for 3-4 hours. Then take them out. Take a pan and heat oil for frying. Then add the frozen fingers in it and fry until light brown. Then take them out and sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder,peri peri masala and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
