- Chop Oninion, cilantro, tamato and Jalapeno very fine. Keep it in a seperate bowl. Make fresh Lime Juice. Cut Advacado in half. Take pit out and scoop the fruit in a bowl. Add half the lime juice to the pulp immediately. This will keep advacado pulp green and fresh. in a bowl.
- Using a fork mash advacado pulp. Do not make puree with a blender etc. You want it chunky. Add remaining chopped ingridients and the lime juice and salt. Mix it well and serve with Tortilla.
