- Prepare Dough-maida, carom seeds, salt, oil mix very well with hand take water&make dough like soft puri dough & knead properly lastly add 1tsp oil. Knead it, give rest. Filling- Take a pan put in oil, then oil ismedium then jeera, hing,til &above grinded mixture saute little& immediately add chopped tuver dana, salt &mix very well & then add coconut, raisins chopped cashew nuts, sugar, garam masala,mix everything then close the lid let cool completely then added chopped coriander, lemon juice.
- Take a dough again knead it make a small balls. Take a filling mixture & make a small balls. Then roll it thin puri and keep green mixture and make kachori.
- Then fry it medium flame till golden. And serve with green coriander chutney, imli chutney & ketchup.
