Prepare Dough-maida, carom seeds, salt, oil mix very well with hand take water&make dough like soft puri dough & knead properly lastly add 1tsp oil. Knead it, give rest.   • Dough- 1 cup maida, 1/4tsp carom seeds,1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4+2tbsp- water
  • Filling-2 tbsp oil,1/2tsp jeera,1/4 hing,1tbsptil
  • 250gm tuver dana, 1/2tspsalt,2tbsp raisins,
  • 2tbsp cashewnuts,1/4 deciccated coconut
  • 1tbsp sugar, 1/4 garam masala, 1/4 fresh coriander
  • 1/4 lemon juice

Instructions

Filling- Take a pan put in oil, then oil ismedium then jeera, hing,til &above grinded mixture saute little& immediately add chopped tuver dana, salt &mix very well & then add coconut, raisins chopped cashew nuts, sugar, garam masala,mix everything then close the lid let cool completely then added chopped coriander, lemon juice.
  • Take a dough again knead it make a small balls. Take a filling mixture & make a small balls. Then roll it thin puri and keep green mixture and make kachori.
  • Then fry it medium flame till golden. And serve with green coriander chutney, imli chutney & ketchup.

Notes/Tips

Don't be over fry and flame will be medium .
