Ingredients

  • Maida, powder sugar, curd, milk powder
  • Baking powder, baking soda, milk and vanilla essen

Instructions

  • Powdered sugar..3/4 cup Fresh curd...3/4 cup Maida ..1,25 cup Milk powder...5 tbsp Baking powder ..1 tsp Baking soda..1/2 TSP Milk 1/2 cup Vanilla essence..1 tsp
  • Take a bowl and put powder sugar and curd ..mix it well..
  • Now sieve all dry ingredients ( maida, baking powder, baking soda). Mix these in curd mixture...Add milk powder and mix with a spatula.. Now add room temperature milk and vanilla essence ..make a fluffy paste.. remove if any lumps are there... Check the consistency. It should be flowing...
  • Now grease the tin.. Apply oil/butter on the sides as well.. Sprinkle some maida on the surface...now tin is ready to go in microwave..
  • Transfer this batter into the tin. Tap the tin for 3-4 times before placing in the microwave..
  • Place it in the preheated microwave for 40 minutes at 180 degree.. Preheat it at 180 degree for 10 minutes..
  • Cake is ready..insert a toothpick to check, if it comes out clean, cake is ready..
  • After getting cool down, demould it on the cake base..cut three layers of your cake.. seperate them . Now take first layer and soak it with water..
  • Add mix fruit crush in the whipped cream .. flavoured cream is ready..
  • Apply flavoured cream on soaked layer of cake evenly.. Now put some crush in middle and spread evenly using palatte knife.. On the top of it put cut fruits as shown in the pic.. Repeat the same process on another layer.. Now put third layer of cake..crumb coat the cake with whipped cream and give it a finish using palatte knife..
  • Time to decorate your own cake as shown in the pic.. Enjoy

Notes/Tips

Always use measuring cups and spoons for measurement..these are easily available in the market.. Also use always same set of cups and spoons. Thank you...
