Ingredients

  • 8-10 idli (cut into pieces)
  • 7-8 curry leaves
  • 3 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 3-4 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • As per taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan adds mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Now, add chopped onion till they turn golden brown color and add chopped tomato, green chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add idli piece and toast all ingredients cover it with lid for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Finally, fried idli is ready.
