Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Boil and mash the potatoes. Add one egg and flour and mix well. Add salt to taste and cheese and mix and knead well
  • Make a dough type after good kneading and cut into long strips. Then cut into small pieces with knife and make design of your choice. Use a for to make design as I have shown here. Flour the fork before making the design so that it doesnt stick.
  • Now the gnochhis are ready and just lower one by one in hot oil and deep fry. Serve with ketchup and enjoy

Have it with some ketchup or chutney
