- Boil and mash the potatoes. Add one egg and flour and mix well. Add salt to taste and cheese and mix and knead well
- Make a dough type after good kneading and cut into long strips. Then cut into small pieces with knife and make design of your choice. Use a for to make design as I have shown here. Flour the fork before making the design so that it doesnt stick.
- Now the gnochhis are ready and just lower one by one in hot oil and deep fry. Serve with ketchup and enjoy
