- In kadai add oil and heat it, now fry all the vegetables one by one.
- In pan pan heat the oil add all the paste one by one cook till oil is released.
- Do the seasoning at time of adding tomato puree, mix it well. Now add fried vegetables to it.
- Cook till oil is released, finally add garm masala and kasuri methi to it.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and cream. Serve with paratha, roti, naan.
