Pint ice-cream
Butter
Corn cereal crushed
Ground Cinnamon
Granulated water
Whipped ice-cream for Garnish sprinkles for garnis
Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

Line a small sheet tray with parchment paper and place in freezer scope icecream into 4 balls and place on prepared sheet tray keep in freezer while making Cereal mixture at least 30 minutes
in medium skilled over medium heat melt butter add corn Cereal and cinnamon and cook Stirring occasionally until the cereals turn golden 5 to 7minutes remove from heat and stir in Sugar place on shallow bowl and let cool
Remove icecream balls from freezer and roll in Cereal mixture top with whipped cream sprinkles and a cherry and serve immediately

Notes/Tips

Always take cool icecream and always use butter for fring cereals
