Ingredients

  • Pint ice-cream
  • Butter
  • Corn cereal crushed
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Granulated water
  • Whipped ice-cream for Garnish sprinkles for garnis
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Line a small sheet tray with parchment paper and place in freezer scope icecream into 4 balls and place on prepared sheet tray keep in freezer while making Cereal mixture at least 30 minutes
  • in medium skilled over medium heat melt butter add corn Cereal and cinnamon and cook Stirring occasionally until the cereals turn golden 5 to 7minutes remove from heat and stir in Sugar place on shallow bowl and let cool
  • Remove icecream balls from freezer and roll in Cereal mixture top with whipped cream sprinkles and a cherry and serve immediately

Notes/Tips

Always take cool icecream and always use butter for fring cereals
