  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Green chillies
  • Cashew
  • Beans
  • Potato
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Kitchen King masala
  • Turmeric
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add 5tbsp of oil. Let it heat. Then add chopped onion saute well. When it is transparent add potato, carrot, capsicum,green chillies, cabbage,beans and cook until veggies are cooked. Then add 1tsp of salt,1 tbsp of garam masala,1/2tbsp of turmeric,2tbsp of kitchen King masala and mix well. Turn off the heat and serve with rice, chapathi.
