- 1)Dough:In a bowl, take atta,add salt and water and adjust consistency to make dough out of it and then make balls and roll into small size and keep it aside.
- 2) Stuffing:Mix all ingredients like grated coconut, sugar/jaggery and elachi.
- 3) Shaping:Make shapes of modak out of dough and fill the prepared stuffing that is kept aside.
- 4) Frying: Deep fry modaks in oil.
