- White sesame seeds should be fried in a dry pan. Now you have to paste half of the roasted sesame seeds, the rest of the roasted sesame seeds will remain whole.
- Now heat mustard oil in a pan and fry dried chili, nigella in it for 30 seconds, add crushed garlic and chopped onion.
- When garlic and onion turn light pink, mix it well with potato and cauliflower and cover it for 10 minutes on low heat.
- After 10 minutes, open the lid and mix turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt in it one by one.
- Once the potatoes and cauliflower are cooked, mix well with white sesame paste and cover again for 5 minutes on low heat.
- After 5 minutes open the lid, spread the whole roasted white sesame seeds, and serve with hot chapati/paratha.
