- Take a pan, add oil and when it heats up, add in the chopped onions, green chilies and fry until golden brown in colour. Then add in the ginger-garlic paste,carrot,beans,spring onion,and fry for a minute. add in the cooked rice by seasoning with salt, pepper powder, mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes. At last, garnish with chopped cliantro and serve hot.
