  • Rice
  • Pepper powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Spring onions
  • Carrot- 2
  • Saffron- a pinch
  • Oil- 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,grated carrot,salt,pepper powder and stir. Then add saffron and cooked rice. Mix well. Heat well and add chopped spring onions and serve hot.
