Frozen yogurt and fruit cups

  • Yoghurt
  • White chocolate
  • Heavy cream
  • Castor sugar
  • Salt
  • Vanilla essence
  • Cardamom powder
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Roasted almonds
  • Digestive biscuits
  • Butter

Instructions

  • 1)Take white chocolate chips and add heavy whipping cream, now microwave them for 30 secs or melt them in a double broiler to get a smooth chocolate and cream melt. Bring down the temperature to room temperature.
  • 2) Now take Greek yogurt or hung curd and beat it well to get a smooth texture, to that add cardamom powder, and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • 3) Now add the chocolate and cream melt into the yoghurt and beat them with an electric beater to get a thick and smooth batter consistency. Also add some roasted Chopped Almonds and pomegranate seed.
  • 4) Now , grind the digestive biscuits and add melted butter to it. That wil form the base of the dessert.
  • 4) Now take the silicon cup cake moulds and put a tbs of the biscuit and butter mix in each of the moulds and press them with your fingers or a spoon to form the base.
  • 5) Now, fill each mould with the yoghurt and chocolate batter. And sprinkle chopped Roasted almonds and pomegranate seeds.. Now chill them inside the freezer for 4-5 hrs or overnight.
  • Yummilicious frozen yoghurt and chocolate delight filled with nuts and fruits are ready to hit the stage to beat the scorching summer.

Notes/Tips

Serve them chilled. You can try with different summer fruits..
