- Dissolve custatd powder in 1/4cup milk at room temperature.Kee paside.
- Put milj in a wok,add milk powder.Stir to dissolve the milj powder.Put on a heayed burner.Cook on medium flame stirring continuosly.
- When milk started boiling,add custard powder slurry.Stirring contineously Add sugar.After 5-6minutes the milk is thick.Put off flame and lwt it cool.
- Add fruits in a serving bowl. Add orange juice and vanilla essenxe.Mix.
- After cooling the custard sauce,pour over fruits.Keep in fridge for 1 hour.
