  • Any biscuit of your choice(I took parle-G biscuit
  • Orange
  • Apple
  • Almonds
  • Cashew nuts
  • Raisins
  • Pistachio
  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
  • Milk
  • Coffee
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Grind 4 pkt parle G biscuit in mixer and transfer to bowl.
  • Grind orange & apple differently one by one. Take out both the juice of the fruits. Now add the apple juice with the mixed pulp and orange juice(don't add the mixed pulp) to the batter.
  • Now add milk in the bowl to form a smooth cake batter. Then add sugar to it. As a little bit of salt if you want. Basically salt balances the taste. It's an optional, you can add if you want or your wish.
  • Cut the nuts into small slices/pieces. Mix them to the bowl. Also add Coffee into it. (In 2tbsp of hot water add coffee).
  • Grease a baking pan/ steel bowl, add the batter to it. Now if you don't have a oven then heat a frying pan, add 2cups of sand or salt to it. Now place a stand on the top and then place the batter bowl to it.
  • Cover it with a lid so that the heat inside will Make the cake cook properly. Leave it for 30 mins. After 30 mins you can check whether the cake is cooked properly or it needs to cook more. If the cake isn't cooked then wait for some more mins.
  • Once the cake is cool down cut in 2 slices. Serve it with hot coffee šŸ˜€

Notes/Tips

If you want you can add more fruits. As it is a fruit punch cake you can also add the choice of your fruits.
