- Take 450ml of milk, fresh or boiled, let it Summer and boil on medium flame, add 4 spoon of custard powder in 50 ml of cold milk, mix well.
- Add the custard milk in the boiling milk, stir it till it thickens a little
- Add 200gms of sugar, agai stir for 5 mins. Let it cool by itself then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Take 100-150ml fresh cream, whisk it thoroughly till it becomes very light and fluffy
- Add the cool milk custard mixture in this cream, whisk it again, add fruit cuts, cardamom, dry fruits
- Let it freeze for minimum 5-6 hours or overnight for best results.
- Now ready to serve and eat delicious icecream
