Ingredients

  • Apple
  • Kiwi
  • Broccoli
  • Corn pieces
  • Black sesame
  • Honey mustard
  • Green Siracha
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Bread slice
  • sweet chili sauce
  • Salt
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  • Cut bread slice into small rounds and toast them on appam utensil to give them tiny cup shape!
  • Mix all fruits and vegetables with greek yogurt, salt and maple syrup and pour the same on the bread cups!
  • Now for dressing .. mix green siracha and honey mustard and with the help of keep make a rakhi thread on one of the sides of the rakhi plate and place the filled bread cups in centre of it as shown in picture.
  • For rakhi teeka- drop the dot of sweet chili sauce depicting as roli. Now to depict rice.. add maple syrup to few pieces of apples and place them as a kone next to roli dot. Finally sprinkle some black sesame on bread cups.

Notes/Tips

We have tried to depict rakhi plate having rakhis, and roli and rice for teeka!
