1/2 cup - sugar
1/2 cup - water
3 -4 tablespoon - agar agar powder
2- 3 drops - rose essence
4-5 sliced - fresh strawberries
1 sliced - apple

Instructions

Take water and pour agar agar powder in it . Now boil this water for 5-7 minutes.
Add sugar and boil it for another 5 minutes. Bring it to a room temperature and then mix rose essence in it.
Now take the mould and put sliced strawberries on the sides of it and apples in the bottom or as per your requirements.
Pour the mixture in the mould and keep it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Serve it in the serving bowl and relish this dessert.

Notes/Tips

It is best served and tastes amazing when cold.
