This fruity tiramisu recipe is an easy fruit-flavored dessert that only takes ten minutes to put together. This miniature take on the classic dessert is a great way to use rusk, Gujarat's summer special fruit flavour shrikhand instead of mascarpone. It is very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 rusk
  • 3-4 tbsp fresh fruit shrikhand
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • 2-3 slice chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fruit juice of your choice

Instructions

  • Dip Rusk in fruit juice and place in a serving plate.
  • Make a layer of Shrikhand on it.
  • Make thin slices of strawberries, arrange in a cookie cutter like a rose and leave to set in deep freezer for 4-5 minutes.

Notes/Tips

You can use hung curd with some suger and vanilla essence instead of shrikhand.
