- To begin making this dish dive in and peel the carrots. Grade the carrots using the medium side of the shredder.
- Once done, take a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- Add the carrots and saute till it dries.
- Add cardamom seeds to the mixture and keep stirring it to avoid burning and sticking of the the carrots to the pan
- Now add some cream to the mixture.
- Once done, add sugar to the pan and stir well. Let the mixture dry and absoorb all the contents into it.
- Now add the ghee to the mixture and mix it.
- Now let the mixture cook on low flame till the ghee oozes out of it.
- And its ready to serve hot with a garnishing of cashews on it.
