- Wash Carrots and grate them thick. Heat a pan and add grated carrots. Cook them raw till their moisture is completely reduced. Now, add ghee and saute for another 5 mins. Add milk and cook until it get absorbed. Once it becomes dry, add sugar and elaichi powder. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Now add mava and dryfruits. Mix and saute it for only a minute. Switch off the flame and eat it hot or refrigerate it once it cools down, if you like to have it cold.
